DetailsNewton's Gravity App-AleHard to describe but here goes. A malted fruit ale with a heavy kick, 8%ABV. An attempt at brewing a ''malternative'' for the wives
and ending up with a monster. The high alcohol content almost makes you think it is a schnapps but it isn't.

DetailsPale American WhiteboyA more hoppy pale ale - complementary bitterness and malt with a slightly sweet finish. Named after me, of course.
See the complete log at brewlog dot zkdigital dot com.
Uses a smidge of Caravienne for a caramel, toasty character to help ease the drinker into the hoppy finish.

DetailsPoor Richards Ale''Celebrate the 300th anniversary of Benjamin Franklin’s birth on January 17, 2006 by hoisting a specially brewed pint of Poor Richard’s Ale at a brewery (kitchen or otherwise) near you.'' I lifted that description, minus the parenthesis, from poorrichardsale dot comjbb2313 Jan 20065.gif
DetailsPoorman's PorterThis is my very first Brew and is meant to be a Robust Porter. It's currently (9/20/06) in the secondary fermenter. Although fermentation isn't fully complete yet, when I tasted after racking I was pleasantly surprised. I'll let you know how it turns out. Comments welcome :)Atomic20 Sep 20060.gif
