Ingredients to add at the start of the boil (malt extract, bittering hops, etc.) | 5 lbs. Amber dry malt extract 1/2 lb. Malto-dextrin 1.5 oz. Northern brewer hops - bittering |
Ingredients to add fifteen minutes before the end of the boil (flavoring hops, etc.) | 1 oz. East Kent Goldings hops - flavor |
Ingredients to add five minutes before the end of the boil (aroma hops, etc.) | .5 oz. East Kent Goldings hops - aroma |
Add after wort has been cooled to pitching temperature | English Ale Yeast |
