Palaver Porter

Palaver is a Scottish word meaning "unnecessarily elaborate or complex procedure," which is appropriate for this recipe because there are seven different malts.

Recipe author Chris Toscano joined Imperial Organic Yeast two years ago on the sales and customer service team. You'll find Chris most days running point on Imperial's retail and international orders, answering emails and phone calls and getting customers what they need, when they need it. Chris is a vital part of the Imperial team and provides quality service, a dry sense of humor and a tendency to over-complicate things (in a good way).
