Basic Brewing Radio - Brew Your Own Colaborative Experiment

Thanks for taking part in our fourth experiment. We're once again excited to share an experiment with the home brewing community to gather results and to test a question across a diverse group of brewers and beers.
Question: How does adding Irish Moss in the boil affect your beer?
Procedure: Brew two batches of beer, adding Irish Moss to one batch and not the other. Compare the results. Alternate: Use Whirlfloc instead of Irish Moss.
Read Chris Colby's blog entry on suggested procedures.
The deadline for submitting your information is June 1, 2010.
Thanks again for participating!
